User Agreement and Legal Compliance
Welcome to SlimeNodes. We appreciate your use of our services. By signing up on our site and using our services, you accept and agree to abide by the terms outlined in our User Agreement below. These terms are enforced rigorously, and it is your responsibility as a user to comply with them. All users are required to review and follow these terms fully, with no exceptions.
When you register, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, comply with the digital consent age requirements in your jurisdiction, and accept our Fair Use Policy and User Agreement. Should you disagree with any terms after registration, you may request the deletion of your data from our services by contacting us, except where retention is necessary for legal reasons.
If you breach our User Agreement, and/or our Fair Use Policy we have the right to suspend, terminate, delete, or reset your account. Such actions may be taken under any circumstances we consider appropriate and include, but are not limited to, your data, servers, and services.
Legal Compliance
If local laws in your country conflict with the distribution of our services, you will not be granted access. Certain jurisdictions may have age requirements that differ from our global standards; in such cases, the local regulations will take precedence over our policies. Failure to comply with the laws of your country while using our services may result in us taking necessary actions for violating the User Agreement.
Updates to Policies and Agreements
We reserve the right to modify our User Agreement and/or our Fair Use Policy at any time without advance notice. Changes to these policies will become effective within 24 hours of the update. For significant changes, particularly those affecting data management, we will notify you through methods such as website pop-ups, alerts, email, phone calls, or support community servers.
Account Management
By creating an account and using our services, you agree to the following terms:
- We may delete, suspend, terminate, or reset your account if we believe it is necessary.
- We may end any ongoing relationship with users who we consider commercially unfeasible.
- Your account must include accurate information, such as a valid email address, name, or username.
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on our services.
- You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account. If your account is hacked or stolen, you must contact us to address the issue.
- Selling or trading of accounts is strictly prohibited.
User-Created Servers and Services
By setting up your own services or servers on our platform, you agree to the following terms:
- Our support team will not address issues caused by actions taken by subusers on your services or servers.
- We will not assist with data corruption or the lack of backups for your services or servers.
- Cryptocurrency mining, hacking, brute-forcing, overloading nodes, or violating software End User License Agreements (EULAs) on our platform is strictly prohibited.
- Selling or reselling your services or servers is not allowed.
- For free servers, we may modify features, technical limits, or software limits without prior notice.
Support for Our Services
You acknowledge that any assistance you receive from other users who are not part of our official support team is subjective and does not reflect our official intentions, support, choices, or updates. Additionally, our official support team will prioritize support requests based on their importance, and not all requests will be treated equally.
We assure you that any personal information provided to facilitate support will remain confidential and will not be publicly disclosed. Our team may request this information as needed. You have the right to cancel your support request at any time without facing any objections from us.
